This work uses some machine learning techniques to classify whether or not cases of canine visceral leishmaniasis are present by physical examinations. For validation of the method, four machine learning models were chosen: K-nearest neighbor, Na&iuml;ve Bayes, support vector machine and logistic regression models. The tests were performed on three hundred and forty dogs, using eighteen characteristics of the animal and the ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) serological test as validation. Despite the emergence of deep learning research on gastric tissues diseases, few intensive reviews are addressing this topic.\n\nMethod We performed a systematic review related to applications of deep learning in gastric tissue disease analysis by digital histology, endoscopy and radiology images.\n\nConclusions This review highlighted the high potential and shortcomings in deep learning research studies applied to gastric cancer, ulcer, gastritis and non-malignant diseases. Even with the dynamism of the Unique Health System (SUS), only after 13 years the criteria and parameters for the planning and programming of health services have been updated. The calculations for health resources division are complex due to the nature of the SUS administrative organization, which has three administrative levels. Despite providing the criteria and parameters for the calculations, it was not provided any information system that would automate this process and provide reliable information for decision making. In order to fill such gap, this paper presents a system for health resource management from the perspective of GM/MS 1631/2015 ordinance. The tool has been validated using as case studies two municipalities in the interior of the state of Par\\'a. As a consequence, this phenomenon brought up a new concept, the Social Customer Relationship Management. In this context, Electronic Word-of-Mouth plays a significant role since customers are more exigent and having easy access to steadily more information about products, services and brands reputation. However, many reputation platforms do not provide an interface for automatic data collection. Thus, these data are not used in business decision making. However, in the presence of missing data, this study may become more complex due to a strong break of correlation among samples. Therefore, this work proposes an imputation method for time series using Genetic Programming (GP) and Lagrange Interpolation. The heuristic adopted builds an interpretable regression model that explores time series statistical features such as mean, variance and auto-correlation. It also makes use of interrelation among multivariate time series to estimate missing values. \n Time series have been used in several applications such as process control, environment monitoring, financial analysis and scientific researches. However, in the presence of missing data, this study may become more complex due to a strong break of correlation among samples. Therefore, this work proposes an imputation method for time series using Genetic Programming (GP) and Lagrange Interpolation. The heuristic adopted builds an interpretable regression model that explores time series statistical features such as mean, variance and auto-correlation. It also makes use of interrelation among multivariate time series to estimate missing values. Results show that the proposed method is promising, being capable of imputing data without loosing the dataset's statistical properties, as well as allowing a better understanding of the missing data pattern from the obtained interpretable model.\n
