New Feature: search/filter bar

We've just finished adding a search/filter toolbar. It's hidden by default -- because we don't want to change our users page appearance without their consent -- but you can show it by adding showSearch=1 to your bibbase url.

It live-filters your publication list as you type. The filter applies to title and author names, is case-insensitive, and only shows publications that match all words typed into the filter. For the power-users: the filter actually applies matches a regular expression for each word. So there are many ways this can be used.
