一緒に旅行に出かけるグループは，旅行を楽しむといった共通目標を持つものの，その目標の重要性や旅行中に達成したいことに対する各メンバの意識が違っている場合があり，決議の結果でその意思決定を評価することが必ずしも適さず，意思決定のプロセスが重要なことがある．このようなカジュアルなグループ意思決定において，意見を述べられていないメンバが意見を述べられるようになり，また，各メンバの意見について討議されるようになれば，充実したコミュニケーションを通じてグループ内の良好な関係維持につながると想定される．このため，筆者らは会話状況等を含むグループのコンテキストを推定し，そのグループ状態に応じた適切なアドバイスを会話エージェントを通じて提示するといった介入によるグループ会話における意思決定の支援を検討している．このようなグループにおける意思決定の支援を，会話分析を通じて実現するには，会話参加者のコンテキストを獲得する必要がある．しかしながら，雑音等が多く発生するような車内環境での音声認識精度は実用上は不十分であり，また，正確に音声を認識できた場合でも語彙が少ない発話等では意図等の抽出が困難な場合があり，音声認識を利用した発話意図等の推定では部分的に欠落を生じる課題がある．本論文では，上記の課題を解決するため，発話テキストから意図を推定するとともに，テキストから意図が推定できなかった部分については，発話の音響的特徴量データを利用し意図を推定して，会話内の各発話における意図を特定するシステムを提案する．テスト会話による実験の結果，音声認識による発話テキストのみを用いて発話意図を推定する従来手法よりも，音声認識による発話テキストに加え音響的特徴量データを併用して発話意図を推定する提案手法の方が，高い精度で発話意図を推定できることが示された． In this paper, the authors propose a system of extracting utterance intentions from conversation in mobile environment, such as car. The authors assume that a group decision support in such environment, it is not enough to evaluate the result of decision but to evaluate the quality of its process, such as individual satisfaction of the discussion. To enhance the overall condition of the group, the authors have been considered a supporting environment to provide appropriate reference information in a timely manner through a conversational agent. For realizing this group decision support, the authors propose a system of estimating utterance intentions by using not only the converted text data but also voice feature values of each utterance in a conversation. As a result of experiments, almost all of the intentions of utterances in a conversation can be estimated by this proposed system, even in the cases of the voice recognition or intention extraction failed.
