Abstract (englisch): The second edition of \textquotedblBetter Teaching\textquotedbl vol. 3 presents a concept for a seminar concerning academic teaching methodology for further education including copy samples for performance. On the one hand, the concept is about encouraging the participants to experience and try further methods for activation on their own. On the other hand, it should strengthen their ability to make well-founded choices and flexible applications for these methods. The concept is theoretically based on the cognitive and \textquotedblaction theory\textquotedbl models of teaching and learning.
