Dual-loop cross-coupled feedback amplifier for low-IF integrated receiver architecture. Adiseno, Ismail, M., & Olsson, H. In ISCAS 2001 - 2001 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, Conference Proceedings, volume 4, 2001.
abstract   bibtex
This paper presents a combined LNA and mixer suitable for low-IF architecture. This combination gives an improved linearity without consuming high bias-current. Simulations show an improvement in IIP/sub 3/ by a factor of 3-7.4 dB, depending on the frequency, at a power consumption and a noise figure equivalent to that of the traditional configuration. The circuit presented here is a wideband circuit, which might be suitable for area-efficient multi-band receivers. © 2001 IEEE.
