determining the relations between mechanical and electrical characterization of rocks; stable crack propagation studies in marble and travertine; the Balkans and the raw-materials base for zinc production; feasibility study and economic evaluation for area 3 of Gol-E-Gohar iron ore deposit; slope stability analysis of Gol-E-Gohar iron mine of Iran by using numerical methods; characterization of alkaline basaltic tuffs and their application in the synthesis of ceramic and glass ceramic materials;
