Problems of Paternal-Subsidiary Link Obstruction Strategies to face conflicting separations with minor children. The legal, the ethical and the just. Parental alienation syndrome. Malicious infliction against the non-cohabiting parent. False complaints. Transfers of the children to great distances. Visits and food obligation. The purpose of this work is to provide a series of concepts that allow a separated or divorced parent, or in the process of becoming one, with minor children, without experience in family litigation, to situate themselves in the unknown world of the legal and social, to link with your children, with your ex-partner, actively participate in the defense of your rights and those of your children, know your obligations, know how to bond with lawyers, psychologists, judicial officials, and recognize the environment with which you will have to deal for a long time , through a guide of the different legal, psychological, personal and social instances. It is a contribution to professionals in law, psychology and judicial officials, skilled in their profession and experienced, that gives them a different approach to the knowledge of the problem of these people hurt by the absence of their children and faced by separation, suggesting alternatives to face these shared crises. They are appreciations after more than twenty years of work in the problem of separation conflicts with minor children. Alternatives for reflection and management for those who encounter a reality that is living and suffering, without achieving their understanding. Elements of information for professionals, to combine knowledge with experience and ways of interacting with the client and the administration of justice.
