Luci e Ombre sulla Sindrome da Alienazione Parentale (PAS). In Separazione, Divorzio, e Affidamento: Linee Guida per la Tutela e il Supporto dei Figli Nella Famiglia Divisa. FrancoAngeli, Italy, 2013.
abstract   bibtex
Looking at the various professionals and practitioners involved in cases of separation and custody of children, this manual aims to explore in detail one of the most important and complex issues of forensic psychology: divorce and affected children. The book is divided into several chapters which help to explain many aspects. First it explains the regulatory framework of legal separation of a couple with relative custody of the children and illustrates the roles and functions of the various figures such as the lawyer, the judge, the social worker, and the technical office consultant, who is, most of all, called to acquire a specific training on the issue to be able to move within the legal framework and give the best technical advice. The manual also provides the most credible methodologies, new definitions, and scientific updates on parental eligibility criteria, attachment theories, forensic psycho-diagnostics, and the emotional dynamics of children involved in these causes and relational problems that hinder both parents. A complete guide for the professional who is experienced for the first time on this subject and for those who want to update and discuss the leading practices for technical advice. This particular chapter specifically discusses parental alienation syndrome (PAS).
