Paper abstract bibtex The present investigation has the objective of analyzing the human right to well-being. Therefore, it considers the parenteral alienation syndrome in the judicial processes of possession. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature from the deductive rationalist inquiry approach. Reflect on the consequent aggressions of coexistence where selfishness prevails; accordingly, it promotes legal and pedagogical actions that dismantle the violence characteristic of emotional manipulation. By virtue, it promotes the ethical commitments that provide solidarity as a strength of collective relations to lead to the healthy psychic and material development of infants. It concludes that guaranteeing the best socio-affective context for minors guarantees livable societies by fostering ethically sustained interrelationships.
