This system takes a good advantage of sensors and 3G network technology, and overcomes the pitfalls of lower accuracy and hard to update for the rain precipitation during the monitoring and warning of urban flood. This system also provides spatial analysis and warning and forecasting rain fall services. The results achieved in this system can offer a good support for the decision making in urban flood control and management.
