Paper abstract bibtex The study of ecosystems biodiversity and their dynamics is a major challenge of our climate transition century. For this purpose, it is necessary to perform an accurate population trends monitoring based on regular and high resolution mapping to gather information at the level of individuals studied. In this article, we point the potential of low altitude remote sensing using a micro-drone prototype with a dedicated load mapping developed in the laboratory. The feedback on the study area classified as Natura 2000 site shows a very useful potential for reserve managers, both from the point of direct raw data exploitation as well as the exploitation of 3D point clouds generated from it.
