Non-linear electrical transport effects in the anion induced charge-density wave state of the organic conductors (TMTSF)2ReO4 and (TMTSF)2FSO3. Biškup, N., Basletić, M., Tomić, S., & Maki, K. Synthetic Metals, 56(2-3):2611-2616, 1993.
Website abstract bibtex We have looked for the electrical field non-linear effects in the non-magnetic, semiconducting ground state, induced by the anion ordering, of the organic conductors (TMTSF)2X, X=ReO4, FSO3. We have found that a very small, but finite non-linear contribution to the conductivity appears above a threshold field of the order of 1V/cm. We contrast obtained results with the behaviour usually observed in the Peleris-induced charge-density wave state. ?? 1993.
