Posterior longitudinal ligament (PLL) resection has been shown to be efficient in anterior cervical decompression and fusion. However, less is known about the biomechanical effect of PLL removal versus preservation in cervical disc arthroplasty. HINTERGRUND: Der zervikale Bandscheibenersatz (CDR) ist weit verbreitet, um die Mobilität und Funktion der behandelten und angrenzenden Bewegungssegmente wiederherzustellen und zu erhalten. Die Resektion des posterioren Längsbandes (PLL) hat sich bei der anterioren zervikalen Dekompression und Fusion als effizient erwiesen.
