MINIATURIZED DATA LOGGERS AND COMPUTER PROGRAMMING IMPROVE SEABIRD RISK AND DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS FOR MARINE OIL SPILLS IN ATLANTIC CANADA. Duffy, M., K. & Ferrier, W., J. Group & Organizational Studies, 28(2):217-248, 2012.
abstract   bibtex
The authors examined the moderating effect of dissimilarity in demographics on the facets of the relationship between subordinates and supervisors. Demographic dissimilarity was found to moderate the relationships between supervisor behaviors and trust and organizational commitment. When conditions of demographic dissimilarity were greater, the relationships were found to be stronger. Implications of the findings and directions for future research are discussed.
