Epitaxial thin films of isotropic conductive oxides for devices. Eom, C. JOM-JOURNAL OF THE MINERALS METALS & MATERIALS SOCIETY, 49(3):47-50, MAR, 1997.
doi  abstract   bibtex
Oxide materials possess an enormous range of electrical, optical, and magnetic properties and, this, have great potential for novel device applications. Epitaxial metallic oxide layers should yield the best device performance because of their excellent chemical and structural compatibility with marry oxide materials.
