A low power multi-standard sigma-delta ADC for WCDMA/GSM/Bluetooth applications. Farahani, B. & Ismail, M. In Conference Proceedings - 2nd Annual IEEE Northeast Workshop on Circuits and Systems, NEWCAS 2004, 2004.
abstract   bibtex
This paper presents the design and simulation results of a configurable sigma- delta ADC that serves WCDMA/GSM/Bluetooth Applications. Accurate system and circuit design of the ADC enable it to meet the wide bandwidth and high dynamic range requirements of the WCDMA and GSM standards while consuming only 11mw in WCDMA mode and 5.8 mw and 5mw in GSM and Bluetooth mode respectively. The modulator is implemented in TSMC0.18 CMOS technology and operates with a 1.8 V supply. ©2004 IEEE.
