Paper abstract bibtex In this evidence-based practice paper, we report on a variety of interventions we provide in an attempt to support first-year student teams in a project-based learning course. At the end of the semester, we surveyed students to ask their perception of the usefulness of each of the intervention strategies. While a majority of students rated each of the strategies as useful, the two strategies rated highest were peer mentoring and progress meetings with the instructors.
