This paper presents a correlation calculation method for multiple media data spaces and its application for automatic visual jockey systems. A media data space is used to express and evaluate media data features in terms of their impressions. To realize the correlation calculation between two different media, this method applies a feature transformation matrix to two different media spaces. This method applies our proposed methods named “Automatic metadata generation method for music data” and “autonoesis (automatic metadata generation method for image data)” to extract media data features of impressions automatically. This paper also shows several experimental results to clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of our method.
