The novel design technique is based on a Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. PSO is an evolutionary optimization algorithm based on the bird fly. Several design cases are presented. Numerical results are compared with the existing in the literature. Finally the advantages of this approach and the applicability of this design method are discussed.
