Precariously housed patients with tuberculosis (TB) may transmit TB, while moving between various relatives' or friends' homes. Here, the authors have described the experience of the City of Milwaukee Health Department with leveraging funding not traditionally used for housing to help contain a TB cluster embedded in an environment of housing instability.
