Enforcing separation of visits in an air-ambulance application. Guo, J., Henderson, S. G., & Steele, P. R. 2016. Submitted
abstract   bibtex
Ornge is an air-ambulance provider operating in Ontario, Canada. Non-urgent calls for transport are scheduled one day in advance using an existing set-partitioning formulation. One location requires that patient pickups and drop-offs be spaced in time. We show how to extend the formulation to allow this.
