Results of 43 treated feet in 28 children were assessed clinically and radiologically at a mean follow-up time of 6.7 years (range from 0.6 years to 13.8 years). In all, 58.1% excellent or good results, 14.0% satisfactory and 27.9% poor results were found. The procedure can be recommended for patients with hemiplegic and diplegic conditions.
