Under the situation that the system model is unavailable but the measurement data are available, we address the problem of finding a distributed controller such that the closed-loop system by state feedback is positive and stable. We clarify that a necessary and sufficient condition for the problem to be solvable is characterized by linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and derive an LMI-based solution to the problem. To demonstrate our results, a numerical example is provided. Moreover, an application to the vehicle formation is given.","language":"en","urldate":"2024-12-18","journal":"IEEE Control Systems Letters","author":[{"propositions":[],"lastnames":["Iwata"],"firstnames":["Takumi"],"suffixes":[]},{"propositions":[],"lastnames":["Azuma"],"firstnames":["Shun-Ichi"],"suffixes":[]},{"propositions":[],"lastnames":["Ariizumi"],"firstnames":["Ryo"],"suffixes":[]},{"propositions":[],"lastnames":["Asai"],"firstnames":["Toru"],"suffixes":[]}],"year":"2024","pages":"826–831","bibtex":"@article{iwata_data_2024,\n\ttitle = {Data {Informativity} for {Distributed} {Positive} {Stabilization}},\n\tvolume = {8},\n\tcopyright = {https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode},\n\tissn = {2475-1456},\n\turl = {https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10537038/},\n\tdoi = {10.1109/LCSYS.2024.3404219},\n\tabstract = {This paper investigates data informativity for distributed positive stabilization.
