The mean total development times for the tachinid parasite Voria ruralis (Fallén) varied from 19.4 days at 20°C to 10.7 days at 30°C, and those of its host, the cabbage looper, Trichoplusia ni (Hübner), were 40.4 and 19.9 days under the same temperature regimes.
