ECG signal preprocessing for T-wave alternans detection. Kaminski, M., Chlapinski, J., Sakowicz, B., & Balcerak, S. 2009 10th International Conference - The Experience of Designing and Application of CAD Systems in Microelectronics, 2009.
Paper abstract bibtex The purpose of this paper is introduction to the area of ECG signal analysis focused on T-wave alternans detection. In order to proceed with estimation of the T-wave alternans, a multi-stage preliminary signal preparation is necessary. Successive stages, illustrated in the paper, are: filtration, heartbeat segmentation, R and T wave searching and final signal evaluation. In the paper authors propose a novel method for ECG signal evaluation in order to proceed with T-wave alternans (TWA) estimation.
