Several amorphous platinum-pyrimidine greens were synthesised and studied in aqueous solution by the small angle X-ray scattering method in a concentration of 14 mg ml-1. The radii of gyration were determined and found to vary between 3 and 9 Å. The results were interpreted, with the aid of computer simulations, as arising from aggregation of mono-and dinuclear Pt units.
