This book covers classical mechanics as well as a biography of Landau. Topics include: the equations of motion, conservation laws, integration of the equations of motion, collisions between particles, small oscillations, motion of a rigid body and the canonical equations. Derivations of fundamental equations and concepts are presented. The section on small oscillations is excellent. Good problems.
