abstract   bibtex
The 2003 survey polled New Zealand journalists on their educational background, formal training, experiences on the job and professional development. The survey had a moderate return (297) and those participating provided useful insights into the profession as they responded to questions about changing aspects of journalism which are compared with the American journalists responding to the same questions.
