Using Nature as the blueprint and the technology as the tool, they are working to construct a sustainable system, where trucks and other products are considered from manufacturing through their working life to recycle and manufacture again. To bring this issue into a sharper focus, the relationship between vehicles and the environment is examined noting that about 10\% of the environmental impact of vehicles occurs at the time of manufacture and another 10\% at the end of working life, 'while fully 80\% of environmental influence happens during operation'. This 10-80-10 ratio is useful way to think about new sustainable environmental/economic business model for the trucking industry which appears to be starting.},
