Thus this paper explores the return of the ontological concept of information from the philosophy of Heidegger in his appearance and phenomenological critique of the forgetfulness of being, in urgent change of worldview that incorporates the conditioned culture, temporality and the peculiarity of each be thought of as individuals, beyond the scientific quantification and applicable methods.},
