Paper abstract bibtex The article aims to demonstrate the importance of dialogue between Civil Liability and Family Law through the recognition of existential damage in endo-family relationships, especially in cases of litigious divorces, in which abusive behaviors are observed, such as the impediment of the children's coexistence with one of the parents, configuring the practice of parental alienation. In conclusive lines, the research validates the importance of recognizing another type of damage, aiming to refine the reasoning of decisions regarding the violated legal asset, such as life relationships, which will reflect on the conception of the dichotomous view of the judgments on damages. ——— O artigo visademonstrar a importância do diálogo entre a Responsabilidade Civil e o Direito de Família por meio doreconhecimento do dano existencial nas relações endofamiliares, especialmente, nos casos de divórcios litigiosos, em que se observam condutas abusivas, como o impedimento da convivência dos filhos com um dos genitores, configurando prática de alienação parental. Em linhas conclusivas, a pesquisa convalida a importância do reconhecimento de outra modalidade de dano, objetivandolapidar afundamentação das decisões referentes ao bem jurídico violado, como as relações de vida, o que, certamente,refletirá na concepção da visão dicotômica dos julgadossobre danos extrapatrimoniais.
