Dalla separazione all-alienazione parentale. Come giungere ad una valutazione peritale. Perulli, L., Cavedon, A., & Magro, T. FrancoAngeli, Italy, 2010. abstract bibtex Starting from a reflection on the consequences that may arise in children, separation and divorce contexts, following the campaign of defamation of a parent against the other, Richard A. Gardner spoke first of "parental alienation syndrome" ( PAS). The book then progresses through the most recent studies on the subject, toward increasingly accurate differential analysis of what is and what is not "alienation." The text is divided into two parts: the first presents a theoretical and clinical overview that, since the studies of Gardner, then defines the "Parental Alienation Disorder" (PAD) and other disorders which, although having some similarities, can not be considered similar to it; the second presents five cases in which they are illustrated, step by step, the elements and the feedback that allow to get to discriminate the cases of PAD by the cases of non-PAD. Each case is enriched by the comments of the neuropsychiatrist Lodovico Perulli. The volume is characterized by an eminently "operative approach", which makes it a useful tool and working for legal and forensic technicians, consultants of the Courts, clinical and territorial and social workers services psychologists, but also for lawyers who deal with family law.
