Growth and propagation potential of selected New Mexico native plants for commercial use. Redding, P. D. Ph.D. Thesis, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 1967.
abstract   bibtex
Twenty-one selected native plant species from New Mexico and vicinity were studied to evaluate their potential for cultivation. Growth response of transplants, cuttings, and seeds were used to make this evaluation.... Those plant species studied which indicate high potential for propagation are: Dyscodia pentechacta (DC.) Robins, Haplopappae laricifolius Gray, Fendlera rupicola Gray, Philadophus micorphyllus Gray, Robinia neonaxicana Gray, Ungnadin speciosa, Endl., Zinnia mumila Gray.
