The objective of this study is to adapt and apply the COORDENA.CAT questionnaire to analyze the clinical coordination between primary care (PC) and secondary care (SC) in the Catalan national health system.MethodsThe COORDENA questionnaire was adapted to the Catalan health system context (COORDENA.CAT), based on meetings with experts. The adapted version was pre-tested in face-to-face interviews with doctors, and then it was adapted to an on-line version.
