AMBER: A New Architecture for Flexible MBSE Workflows. Rousseau, undefined, Pagerit, S., DeLaughter, P., Juskiewicz, M., Sharer, P., & Vijayagopal, R. In IEEE VPPC, Belfort,France, December, 2017.
abstract   bibtex
Most MBSE tools are designed for a closed environment, or for a predetermined set of actions. As the needs of vehicle simulations are quickly changing, (CAVs, ADAS, regional & large scale analysis…), those workflows are getting more and more in the way of engineers, needing to constantly setup and switch between multiple tools, making it difficult to standardize and document their workflow. In this paper, we'll present a solution to these issue with an MBSE workflow platform called AMBER, providing completely open and customizable workflows, and enabling engineers, both users and developers, to retake control of their MBSE workflows.
