Process Evalulation of Nebraska's Team Training Project. Scott, D. M., Merkel, P. A., & Barlow, T. W. Journal of Drug Education; 1994, 24, 3, 269 279., 1994. abstract bibtex The impact of the Nebraska Drug Free School/Community Residential Team Training Project on knowledge of \& attitudes toward the systems approach to the formation \& implementation of localized strategic action plans targeting alcohol \& other drug abuse prevention was examined through pre \& postsurvey of 125 training participants in 1990. Participants were positive about the systems approach at the start of training, \& these attitudes increased significantly by the end of training. Significant gains were made in the belief that participants could have an impact on drug \& alcohol problems. Participants also increased their belief that promotion of life skills \& action planning were important elements of effective drug prevention programs. 4 Tables, 2 Figures, 10 References.
