Neoplastic progression appeared to be a result of damages in a system of non-paired DNA bases correction. New inheritable mutation in hMLH1 gene has been described. This mutation induced 3 consecutive stages of disease: 1) appearance of mutations, aggravating the damage of DNA reparation system; 2) accumulation of mutations and metastasizing of transformed cell; 3) independent development of new clones and appearance of a large number of tumors.
