Have specific objectives are to: discuss the otherness within the Modern and Contemporary Philosophy contemplating in particular the discussions of Hegel, Sartre and Levinas, and examine some relationships between information and otherness in the scope of negation, and affirmation difference alteritárias information . The methodology of the work constitutes a research-level exploratory design with a bibliography. We conclude that the information is an element eminently alteritário effective and that there is a need to expand these studies in the field of Information Science and philosophy, particularly the philosophy of information.},
