	abstract = {It addresses the collaborative production in the field of Information Science in Brazil, seeking to identify the authorship and characterize the formation. Production was mapped out at the National Meeting on Research in Information Science. The sample referred to the production presented in editions XIII, XIV, XV and XVI. The survey was carried out at the Benancib - Network Issues database, which indexes and stores the communications made at the meeting. In the characterization of the authorship formation, curricula were verified in the Lattes Platform of the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development and, when necessary, in the sites of the Graduate Programs recommended by the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel. A total of 1.265 communications were recorded, of which 264 were performed individually and 1.001 collaboratively. The results point out that there are multiple formations of several areas of knowledge present in the scientific production of Information Science.},
