	abstract = {This paper presents a design case study of workplace health promotion (WHP) in office settings, contributing to its understanding and continuous improvement. Our contextual study revealed that office settings are characterized by conflicts such as self-tracking versus monitoring, individual versus collective preferences, and prescribed versus personalized needs for health activities. We explored these conflicts through the design of a mobile application that uncovered design challenges, with several implications for WHP technologies. Co-design and formative evaluation showed increasing needs for personalization, supporting a continuous design-in-use imperative and a more context-rich view of workplace health technologies as multi-relational.},
