An empirical approach for thermal stability (Tm) prediction of PNA/DNA duplexes. [link]Paper  doi  abstract   bibtex
To predict the Tm value of PNA/DNA duplex, we performed to determine the melting temperature of several PNA oligomers. For Tm calculation model building, we searched the correlativity of measured Tm value and each base contents of PNA oligomer. Here, We propose a novel formula for thermal stability (Tm) prediction of PNA/DNA duplexes.
