The Yakubovsky four-body equations for the 0+-state are solved in the boundstate region for the case of local central forces of the Yukawa type, using the Hilbert-Schmidt expansion. As a result the groundstate energy of 4He is found to be -29.6 MeV. \textcopyright 1975.
