In the article the B. Pluss' measure of the degrees of non-cooperation in a dialogue is applied in the context of the Loebner Contest. The proposals of types of non-cooperative features in the contest's dialogues are discussed and the reliability of annotation with the use of these types of features is analysed. The degrees of non-cooperation of the judge and the program in four rounds played during the Loebner Contest in 2010 are presented.
