Novel CMOS fully differential inductorless RF bandpass filter. Wu, Y., Ismail, M., & Olsson, H. In Proceedings - IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, volume 4, 2000.
abstract   bibtex
In this paper, a novel CMOS bandpass filter working at 900 MHz is proposed. Through a new high-Q active inductor, this design avoids the use of expensive external or on-chip inductors. Designed in AMS0.35 μm, simulation results in Cadence show that this fully differential bandpass filter can achieve high-Q and tunable central frequency with low power consumption.
