In China, Network as a visual /reality space, which was filled with participation and practice, is showing complicated relationship between itself and politics, economy and culture. With visual community, Chinese youths, one of the most important parts in this space, begin to build new identification, critical consciousness and active ability, unite kinds of voice and strength, engage in the cognition, intervention and change of social reality. In colleges, through the communication in cyberspace, students involve public affairs operation, academic appraisal system reform, and education practice process, and search for the possibilities of campus politics and their own subjectivity. Afer the Website (www.cul-studies.comw) was founded, it becomes not only the channel where teachers and students in college discussion and communication, but also expands to be the flat which ally the Shanghai youths to engage in common cultural practice. Especially, the forum paid attention to and intervene in the ECNU "Gate Event" and the SHU "Thesis Event", which gives active influence to campus democracy and public affairs; Moreover, it holds deep specific sustaining discussion on graduate student training and culture study education, that opens and shows the new theoretic/practical space which brought by the articulation of culture study and education. This thesis tries to take the Website as an example, study the public sphere which was opened and contended by the Website, how to participate campus politics, affect the public affairs. The young people's action in cyberspace, how to participate the introspection of experience, and construct their own subjectivity. Through the complicated relationship between cyberspace and campus politics, to show the multiple possibilities brought by culture study and education.
