We demonstrate that once the complex moduli of the medium are given these components of the slowness vectors can be calculated by the C-RRT method. We give examples to display the fractions of the imaginary and inhomogeneous components, which play crucial roles in the attenuation of wave propagation. © 2023 84th EAGE Annual Conference and Exhibition.
