Aplicación que se integra con la plataforma Moodle y facilita el codiseño educativo y la construcción de itinerarios flexibles de aprendizaje, tanto por parte de los docentes como del alumnado. Para su creación se han aplicado los principios de la investigación basada en diseño, utilizando la metodología SCRUM a través de un mecanismo iterativo e incremental apoyado por la comunicación constante entre desarrolladores, investigadores y docentes. La validación se realizó mediante la aplicación del cuestionario UMUX (Métrica de la Usabilidad para la Experiencia del Usuario) y un grupo focal. El chatbot, creado con la aplicación POE y el motor ChatGPT-3.5, proporcionó retroalimentación cualitativa y una calificación orientativa. Las expectativas del alumnado fueron mayoritariamente positivas, destacando el feedback y el apoyo académico como principales utilidades. La valoración mediante el cuestionario BUS-11 arrojó resultados polarizados, con un valor medio aceptable. Los informes grupales indicaron comentarios positivos sobre el apoyo académico y la eficiencia, entre otros; aunque también se mencionaron algunos inconvenientes. A pesar de las limitaciones en el tiempo y las herramientas de IA disponibles, los resultados indican la utilidad de los chatbots en el contexto educativo. En este sentido, las comu- nidades virtuales de prácticas ofrecen posibilidades para la socialización, y el desarrollo de competencias investigadoras y profesionales. Este trabajo plantea el diseño e implementación de un entorno virtual colaborativo dirigido a los investigadores e investigadoras en formación del Doctorado Interuniversi- tario en Tecnología Educativa, para favorecer la consolidación de una comunidad virtual de prácticas. Siguiendo una metodología de Investigación Basada en Diseño, se ha desarrollado una plataforma co- laborativa, que ofrece herramientas de interacción y mediante la cual los usuarios pueden comunicarse y compartir recursos de investigación. El entorno se ha puesto en marcha gradualmente, incorporando contenidos y usuarios, a la vez que se refinaba su funcionamiento e implementaban nuevas funcionalida- des. Actualmente consta de 163 usuarios que participan a distintos niveles. Se han generado un total de 246 recursos de los cuales el 74% ha sido aportado por los miembros, y el 25% por el administrador. En este sentido, existen algunas propuestas de herramientas que posibilitan el diseño, representación, construcción colaborativa o gestión de la implementación de estos diseños. Sin embargo, estas no terminan de dar respuesta a los requerimientos de un entorno flexible de aprendizaje, encontrando dificultades para realizar la configuración y gestión integral de itinerarios personales de aprendizaje compartidos. Diseñar y validar una aplicación que facilite la implementación de estrategias metodológicas basadas en la construcción de itinerarios flexibles de aprendizaje. La aplicación FLIC (Flexible Learning Itineraries Configurator) se ha desarrollado mediante la metodología Scrum, incluyendo tres ciclos iterativos para la fase de diseño y desarrollo y finalizando con la fase de validación y elaboración del prototipo final, mediante cuestionarios y grupos nominales. FLIC apoya el proceso de selección y organización del propio itinerario de aprendizaje a partir de un abanico de secuencias didácticas ofertadas por el docente; permite la representación, publicación e intercambio de secuencias y objetos de aprendizaje entre docentes; facilita la elaboración de itinerarios flexibles de aprendizaje entre distintas materias y su validación por parte del docente; y, favorece el codiseño, participación y toma de decisiones por parte del alumnado. Para la implementación del itinerario, FLIC se integra en el entorno virtual Moodle configurando para cada alumno las distintas secuencias didácticas seleccionadas. The main research issues focused on in this study are: the topics highlighted from the reflections on the students? PLEs and the reflection level achieved. To explore these issues, a content analysis technique has been used to interpret their final assignment of the students? eportfolios, in which they had to carry out their reflections on their PLEs. For that purpose, two instruments have been designed: a system of categories and a rubric of assessment. Results show that the topics on which students reflect most are the conception of the PLE, its explicitness and its purpose. En este artículo se presenta el proceso de diseño, implementación y evaluación de Xarxa de la Facultat d’Educació (XarFED) como comunidad virtual híbrida de aprendizaje y práctica de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares (UIB, España). La información tenida en cuenta en el estudio durante el curso académico 2014/15 ha sido la recogida a través de Google Analytics, de la propia plataforma donde se ha desarrollado la comunidad y un cuestionario final de satisfacción que han contestado los usuarios. Los resultados apuntan a una valoración general positiva de XarFED, tanto a nivel tecnológico como de sus posibilidades educativas y participativas, aunque se aprecia un uso bajo de las herramientas de la comunidad, comparado con la utilidad percibida por los usuarios. Destaca su utilidad para conectar el ámbito académico y el informal, así como los intereses profesionales de la comunidad educativa de la UIB, y la importancia de la interconexión con las redes sociales que utilizan los usuarios en su día a día. Esta experiencia fue iniciada el año 2005 y destinada a los académicos de la institución. Como resultado de dicho proceso esperábamos robustecer la modalidad de trabajo vinculado a las TIC´s, creando comunidades de aprendizaje dentro de la institución.
